cell content showing "0" , reference image is not showing

Good Morning Guys

i have a table containing 02 rows. first row have alphabets. these alphabets have corresponding images in the below cells. when a sentence is written in a cell ('C13' in attached example file), the sentence is split into letters in a row (H14:Q14 as in example file). the corresponding images should appear in the below row as per formula. i have used a formula but this formula is only showing "0" in the resulting cells (highlighted yellow in the attached example file). the images are not showing. required help desperately. example file is attached

you can not use vlookup/hlookup to return an image.

however, there is a solution that requires:

1. Linked Picture
2. INDEX & MATCH
3. Named formula

but that will take quite some work to explain here, so i will give you a link that explains the method, and then you can modify to suit your needs:

thanks for your support, i tried as described. it worked for some cells. but all of sudden it started giving me error "Reference is not valid". there is no change in procedure but not working giving same error all the time. any Help??
