Highlight column based on current hour

Hi,

In need of some help with a formula.

I have a cell that contains a start date and a row that contains sequential date that begin with this start data.
Underneath the dates i have a row that contains a sequential time for each date from 8:00 to 17:00.

i also have a cell that contains the current time.

What i am trying to do is highlight the column under the current date that has the current time.
