Two Running Balance Columns with Conditions

Good Afternoon

I have a spreadsheet that calculates a Running Balance for Cash (formula in the spreadsheet, attached). But I need to base the running balance on conditions for two different columns. First, the Cash running balance column (Col F) should only calculate if the Description (Col E which is a dropdown list) selected is everything BUT Gift Cards. Now the Gift Card running balance (Column G no formula) should only calculate a running balance if the Description (Col E dropdown list) selected is ONLY Gift Cards.

I can figure out the running balance, but not with conditions.
