How to count rows of student names and produce a name range?

Hi All;
I am working a marking spreadsheet for my Teaching Assistants for this upcoming fall semester. I used one last semester, but it required too many manual entries. What I want the spreadsheet to do is to take a number from a cell (i.e. B12), count the number of students (A to P, so cells A36 to A51), and then provide the name range in cell B21 (A - P). Any suggestions on how to do this? The spreadsheet is attached

You can then put the result of this within a TEXTJOIN function to consolidate your results to a single cell https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/...0the%20ranges.

actually, are you still using Office 2013 or a more up to date version? If the former, then those formula may not work...
