Random list of names...

Hi

I am arranging a company away day and want to pair people up from the company at random but they're not allowed to be paired up if they work in the same department. I have generated a list at random but want to be able to do this but excluding those who work in the same department and also I do not want duplicate data. The data is really easily setup as follow:

Ideally, I would like a third column which shows who the person who will be paired with.
