Solver LPX

Hi, I need help to setup a solver task, details are as follows


Cotton Farms Supply (bales) Requirement 71,000 bales
A 20,000
B 34,000
C 17,000

Ports

Capacity (bales) 28,000 21,000 16,000 14,000

The condition must be that 1 farm must provide 80% of ports capacity, how do I set up this condition in solver, do I need some more calculation to do before I set up the condition?

You know the farm production as well as the max capacity of each port. You also got an additional constraint that a farmer will only ship 80% of its production through one port. So each farmer has 4 ports to export from with the constraint that each number of bales shipped from a port must be less than 80% of that farms production but you also know that the total numbers shipped from a port most be the equal to that farms production.
