Free desktop Solver replacement for Excel 365 (Office 365 A1) - Analytic Solver Cloud?

My problem is the following.

This semester I will be teaching my students online. The university subscribed Office 365 A1 plan which is a preferred software platform not only for communications between teachers and students (Teams, Outlook) but also for computer laboratory classes which involve usage of MS office desktop apps. The problem is that Excel 365 online (accessed via web browsers) has no Solver which is necessary for me and some of my colleagues. The university's IT staff seem not to understand what I'm talking about installing any add-ins. So, I need to give them some link with a description what to do.
Will the one below be OK?

By the way, is there any free cloud replacement for Analytic Toolpack which could be installed analogically as a cloud Solver?

OK, I know OpenSolver and academic options from Frontline Systems but it is not what I'm looking for. Both links point to solvers which are physically sets of files stored on the user's disk and accessed from locally installed copy of destop Excel. But this will not work for online Excel which is opened as a web service in the web browser like below (screenshot from Edge, document's URL visible, UI is in Polish)

I managed to download a cloud-based free version of Frontline Systems Solver and install in the desktop Excel 2019. It looks like this:

What I need is to be able to access the same solver (or a similar one) from online Excel via a web browser. I cannot install this (or any other add-in) by myself because this functionality is blocked by the university admin.
I need to know how it can be done in order to tell him. He seems to be reluctant to help if he needs to look for any info by himself.

Any suggestions?

May I ask any admin to move this thread to the Office 365 section of the forum? I think that it would be more compliant with the subject of the thread but when I posted the post #1, this section wasn't available (at least not visible for me).

No, I haven't tried that combo (though I know about it).
