Have a formula I could use some help with if anyone is familiar.

Have dates in column F that are always the 1st of the month. Based on if text in column N - states "Monthly" or "Quarterly" - I need to return different values.

Current formula is "=IF(N1="Monthly",WORKDAY(EOMONTH(F1,-2)+1,-1),0)

Need to add piece if Column N states "Quarterly" and take into consideration workdays too.
