    Strange #NAME? Error

    Hi Guys, I've got a #NAME? error when entering;

    =IFERROR(INDEX(Formats!$C$3:$C$750,MATCH(Variables!$AB9,IF(Formats!$B$3:$B$750=Variables!AC$8,Formats!$A$3:$A$750),0)),"")

    (CSE formula btw)

    It works on my 2010 compatibility mode spread sheet, but I get the error on 1997-03 excel.
    I'v checked the add-ins and toolpak is enabled.

    Any help appreciated
