Automatically updating Charts with Offset and count formula

HI , Please Help

I used an offset formula that counts and automatically updates my charts in sheet 1(Consolidated)
=offset(Refrence ,0,0,1,Counta(Range)) and works Perfectly .In sheet 2(Pareto) There is a table that has the information tabulated in each column per month and also the percentage values for that month in the next column . So Column C would have the Month and Column D would have the Percentage Values running in this sequence as the months go by .

I need the chart in sheet 2 to only update with the quantites of the months and not include the values of the percentages . See Below Data
