Conditional formatting based on other results from other sheets......

Hi everyone, i'm hoping I can explain this well enough for you to understand and that its is even possible. (I've attached screen shots)

Sheet one named "bets" is a list of bets I will manually input into the sheet during the football season.

Sheet two named "scorers" is the actual top goalscorers from each league, which I will also manually input.

What I would like to do with this. Is for sheet one to recognise who is the top goalscorer from sheet 2 (b3 for the premier league) and automatically conditional format sheet one (column B for the premier league) will a specific colour.

I know how to conditional format cells, I don't want to have to re-do everything every time the top goalscorer position changes.

    Hope this is possible
