formulas for trailing twelve months (two rounds)

Hello. I have two rounds of numbers and I want to divide the numbers across 12 steps for each round. I've shown the outcome of what I want in the attached spreadsheet, but I was wondering if there was a way to accomplish this with a formula rather than doing it manually. Thanks.

Only the first res split is equal to its Red Sum.
Row 3 cell B3 is 30 but the sum of of Red is this line is 25.
    Round1 has 12 columns whereas Round2 only 11.
    Is this correct?

Oh. Oops. Round 2 should have 12 columns as well. Just add 1 one column. It shouldn't change what the formula would be though.

Try this formula in C2..... =IF(COLUMN()-ROW()>0,IF(COLUMN()-ROW()>12,$B2/12,$A2/12),"")

I think that works, but how would you modify that formula if you were moving it to an area in the sheet that didn't start in the first row/first column? Thanks.
