Struggling with COUNTIFS formula - help!

I've never had a formula I couldn't work out, but between lack of sleep and lots of work my brain just isn't working. Using the sample data below:

    rcar 1/1/2014 45 12
    rlou 2/1/2014 55 55
    rcar 1/5/2014 33 33

I need to count the number of times column A has RCAR, column B is greater than 0 and column C and D are the same value. I'm good on the COUNTIFS until I get to the part where I only want it counted if the two numerical values match. Help! Thanks in advance.

Are you good at SUMPRODUCT? Forget COUNTIF(S) in this case.

    =SUMPRODUCT((A1:A10="rcar")*(B1:B10>0)*(C1:C10=D1:D10))

I'm an idiot. As soon as I posted this I realized the workbook was on manual calculation and solved it by have a fifth column essentially that subtracted column D from C so if it equaled zero, I knew to count it, but thank you for that suggestion. I ended up going with:

    =COUNTIFS(A:A,"RCAE",B:B,">0",E:E,"=0")
