Vlookup JPEG Image to Excel

My Name is Zul,

Can anybody assist me, I am trying to create Vlookup for my user walkie talkie inventories movement identification ID Badges.

By doing I able to know whom is holding our walkie-talkie as I had hundred of user changing over same walkie-talkie each time when they started to work based their shift roster. Most of my data already complete except adding their image to "Identification Badges" I plan to create.

Upon it complete I will handover it to my clerk in charge for him/her to update for our reference. As per attached is my sample excel file.

Thanks for advice, as per my new attachment.

PS: As reference for mean time I just insert my staff image to shown the actual scenario. I would be oblige if anybody can assist me how can I automatically add in my staff jpeg
image from other folder using Vlookup using their ID [S/N] as what I had done on my
excel worksheet
