Sort & Subsort

I am having a real tough time trying to figure out how to get my data sorted the way I want. Need a little help.

Essentialy on the spreadsheet attached, I have a series of work packages that have a baseline, forecast and actual date assocaited with them. The dates span over 13 seperate activites.

I want to sort based on Column K (Date 1), earliest first, while keeping the forecast and actual dates below it that belong to that package group. So which package has the earliest Baseline date will be listed first then its Forecast then its Actual, next earliest Baseline with its forecast and actual.

I have tried advanced sorting, but it jumbles the packages around.

I ended up doing something similar by essentially building a serial number for each column using the rank.eq formula. Thank you for the assistance.
