    Hi there,
convert Your data to table. Select Your data and go to tab Insert -> Table or press Ctrl+T.

When You are clicked in You data table and scroll down, col. headers will appear in the col.names.

    (works in excel 2007+)
    Regards
    Miroslav R.

    Hi there,
if You mean the filter buttons on each column, simple disable autofilter (Data tab & Filter, or Alt+A+T).
