    Ranking system, problem with duplicates

Hey, so I am doing some simple ranking. But I can't get it to work when I have duplicates. To make it a lot easier to understand, check the workbook. Sheet1 contains the ranking system.

When there is for eample two names with a value of 300, I would like the ranking to show: 1,2,2 instead of 1,2,3 (And also get the appropriate name and value to that position(From the data marked with blue fill). Marked with orange fill).

    Hi Buster,
I had a look at your attached file and i think what you want is simple sort on ranking in ascending order.
I first pasted the blue part using paste special values in new sheet called Sheet1 and then sort on ranking in ascending order

The previous part you have done yourself.

    pls see the file attached

Thanks for looking at it. Unfornuantley it wouldn't work when I inserted other values (Just random values, between 0 and 2000) :/ Any other way to do this?

I need to be able to change the values so that the ranking is dynamic.

Oh yes it does... Change the values in D or E and they are reflected in the Result columns in G to I

That works too, but when it finds duplicates, it gives:
    1, 2, 2, 3
    Instead of: 1, 2, 2, 4

Edit* I see that I did 1, 2, 2, 3 in the original spreadsheet, but after looking at it, it wouldn't work right with other formulas so I changed it

Oh I missed that. I thought you want ranking without skipping ties. So in this case just replace the formula in G8 with
