    Too many formats -- how to count formats in a workbook

    Hello,
    I have a very large workbook that has a bunch of formatting. Today in encountered the dreaded "Too Many Formats" error message. I'm running Excel 2010. Is there a way to count the formatting elements in a workbook? I realize that with Excel 2010 I'm limited to 64,000 elements, and my fear is that I've reached that number. However, I'd like to know for sure.
