Post Formula to make empty cells not to count in conditional formatting

    Hello
Am working a database were checks a twice in a month.
I want the empty cell to show the week it was not done,
but should not affect the overall performance %.
    Cos the test is bi-weekly

    See the attachment
If You delete " Done" or "Bad"
The Overall percentage on top changes
I don't want that change on the %

    Hi,

Since your % relies on B7 which in turn counts the number of "Done' in the column, and you don't want the % to change, how is Excel to know what the new numerator is?

Put it another way. If you do this task manually, what thought process and calculation goes on in your head in order to arrive at the %. If you can explain that then perhaps we can get Excel to replicate it with a formula.

At the moment the only thing I can think of is to have a sheet change macro which automatically deducts 1 from B7 each time you remove a 'Done'. But then we'd need to know how and when and with what number should B7 be initially seeded.
