I have a sheet of data with 6 columns;
ID
Surname
First Name
Job Status
Time
Date
The date shows each time someone has checked in to our building but I would likd to count the data to see how many times each person has checked in (there is approximately 600 different people). I obviously dont want to have to do this with givin the sum a surname, i was hoping there might be a way to do it automatically.
