Setting up Shift Calandar to auto populate year based off of start and end date

Hello, I am trying to make a shift calandar that the user will input a name and a start and end date of a shift then based on the duration of said shift it will populate
the rest of the year accordingly. I have attached an example. Any suggestions will be appreciated, Thank You.

Could you upload a copy of your file with some typed-in data samples representing what you want the outcome to be?

This is essentially what i am trying to accomplish is to have the foreman enter a start date for their shift and end date then have the rest of that row range auto populate with that shift for the year
