Unable to automatically populate multiple values for multiple selections

    Hi,

I need help with my formula

I have attached the excel. The requestor sheet is where the data is entered, so if the requestor chooses Global, all the countires should be automatically picked.

In the creator sheet, the data is reflected and based on that the TAX, VAT and Product is automatically populated and the creator then creates the product for all the countries.

I am stuck with the foumula to auto populate the countries (highlighted in yellow),as one requestor can fill upto 100 requests in a page with many global products as well. Please help!!!

The formula which I have used is not giving me the result I require i.e., not all countires are picked automatically if global is chosen twice!!

Please adivce on the best formula to use

I don't know how you would do an expandable list without VBA (I'm not even sure about that) but here is an idea for you.

Re: Formula to automatically populate multiple values for multiple selctions

I am attaching the excel that is closest to my work situation.
There are two sheet requestor and creator. The requestor sheet column M should reflect in creator sheet column N. So if the requestor chooses global in requestor sheet, the creator sheet column N should show all the countries

Would you kindly be able to provide me with the appropriate VBA.

    Many Thanks for your help
