Conditional Formatting - Highlight cell based on two criteria

Hello,

Looking for a little help here as I can only figure out how to make half of this work.

Here is the scenario:
Step 1: Highlight cell A2 if cell A1 > 0. This part was simple and I was able to accomplish with conditional formatting.

Here is the part I am struggling with:
Step 2: Remove highlight from A2 when a number is entered into A2.

Any ideas?

I'm embarrassed it was something so easy. I was making it way too complicated. As usual....simple is better.
