    How can get the unique record if i have the data more the 20 lakh rows in 2007

    I have to data in 2007 excel more than 20 lakh row where some are duplicate so as 2007 having only 10 lakhs row. So how could i get the unique data

    I think you are saying that Excel has a limit of 1 million rows, but you have 2 million rows of data.

    You need to split your data in order to be able to use it within Excel.

    But this will not get the exact unique number.

    If 2 million data in two different Tab then it will not give me the correct ans

    any other advice please.

    You need to explain what you want to do with it in more detail. It is relatively easy to look in one sheet to find a record, and if it is not there then look in the other sheet. If the data is sorted then again it is easy to determine which sheet to look in.

    sir i have 2 million email id where few are duplicate. So i need only unique email id's.

    1 million in TAB 1, use Remove Duplicates.
    1 million in TAB 2, use Remove Duplicates.

    Combine results from TAB 1 and TAB 2, use Remove Duplicates.
