Subtotal or grouping of values in columns (not rows)

Hello,
I have some data which I have been able to sort based on the columns (attached).
But I need to do a subtotal based on the groups that I have created.

I am not being able to do so.
I would really appreciate your help in this regard.

The D1000 part would need to be increased if you had data in row 1001 for example.
Does that do what you want?
