Address Concatenate and Line Breaks Failing in Word

Hello -
I'm using the concatenate function in Excel to create an address that I'm then using in Word as a mailing. I have to put a line break in the concatenate function using the char(10) function, and in Excel everything looks great. But the problem is when I use this in the mailings in Word the char(10) shows up as a box and there are no line breaks. I cannot figure it out!!

Any guidance?
