My Forum format has changed and I don't see how to switch it back

I'm not sure if it's something I have done or a new format that just started but,
My forum now appears very strange and is very hard to maneuver around.
Anyone know how to get to normal Forum Format?

You can change the default style in the bottom on the forum. Try this link for this thread,
