Transpose large amounts of data with multiple fields

Please help! I need to transpose a large amount of information but the data set is too large to use the simple transpose method. Also, I'm working with two different date formats. I'm not sure if I have explained what I'm trying to accomplish very clearly, so I've included a snap shot of my current format and my desired format. Can anyone help? Thanks so much.

Maybe I'm wrong here but the example provided and the solution provided doesn't look like it transposes. It looks like you went from individual dates and quantities to summing a month and quantities however I don't know how you went from 4 to 48 either.

Hi Jack7774. Thanks for your attempt to assist. I'd appreciate any help you can provide. The solution example (bottom image) is just a snap shot of what my ideal solution should look like. I have been unable to transpose the data in the original example (top image) to look like my ideal solution (bottom image). The Fiscal Week refers to the Fiscal Week# of the Fiscal Year. In other words: Fiscal Week Ending 01/02/2016 is Fiscal Week# 48 of 2015. Does this help clarify at all? Its really difficult to summarize what I'm trying to accomplish in words. I'd hoped that the images would help. Again, any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again!

Hi OEldere. Thanks so much for attempt to assist. Your Macro solution looks perfect!!! Is it possible to include all of the data? I'm not sure how to add it to the macro as well (i.e.; Loc# thru Size). Thanks again!!!!!
