Cell height difference in normal and print preview window

This is regarding a formatting problem in excel. I have a sheet with bill of quantities (BOQ). The column under ‘description’ in the BOQ is horizontally justified. The height of cell in the normal working window (viewed at 100% zoom) and Print Preview are shown differently which causes some of the data to be clipped vertically.

I have attached the excel file. See the item with Sl. No. 1.0, 1.3, 2.0 etc. The print copy has the height of cells as shown in the preview but not the normal working window (viewed at 100% zoom).

Because of this I have to check the height of each cell in the print preview manually and adjust so that no part of the ‘Description’ is cropped.

Kindly provide a solution.

Note: Initially, I adjusted the height of the cell by selecting the complete sheet and double clicking on the height marker in the left side.
