Your drawing looks like a "clustered and stacked" bar chart. These are not difficult to create, but the key to creating them (as with many charting questions that I see) is how to arrange the data in the spreadsheet. Once the data is correctly arranged in the sheet, the chart is fairly easy to create. I would recommend this tutorial: http://peltiertech.com/clustered-sta...mn-bar-charts/ Work through Jon's data until you understand how he arranges the data in the sheet and then uses it to create the chart. Then you'll have a better idea what you need to do with your data to get this chart type.

I cannot provide specifics, because it is not clear to me from your picture and your raw data exactly what quantities you are trying to get into your chart. But, I'm reasonably certain that one could use Excel's built in lookup and/or summary functions (VLOOKUP(), SUMIFS(), COUNTIFS(), INDEX(), MATCH() and so on: list of functions https://support.office.com/en-us/art...1-63f26a86c0eb ). With the right combination of functions referencing the correct cells, you can create the desired table that will correctly feed the clustered and stacked bar chart. Once the formulas are built and the chart created, updates/changes to the raw data table should be reflected in the chart's data table and the chart.

At the end of Jon's tutorial, he claims that his commercial chart utility will quickly and easily create the table and chart from the raw data. I have never used it, so I don't know anything about it, but it might be worth the investment if this is something you need to do frequently and do not want to take the time now to wade through programming your own version.
