Screen flickering only when freeze panes are turned on

I have an excel spreadsheet (see attached), which flickers every time I copy and paste for example, but only if the freeze panes are turned on. I can turn off the freeze panes and there is no flickering, but I need to freeze certain panes so we can see the headers when we scroll down the sheets.

The sheet has 4 tabs, no macros, just a count at the bottom of each column on each page.

I have Windows 10 using office 365 business if this has any bearing?

It has only been doing this since we updated to office 365.

I know it is not the worlds worst problem, but it so f*@cking annoying!!

Hmm, I'm not seeing the flickering you're talking about. In the "Remember Me" tab I copied cell B1 then pasted it back into B1. The only effect could see is the "Marching Ants" around B1; is that the effect you're describing?

No, the whole screen flickers every time we click copy or paste. I don't know if it is because it is a shared sheet (i.e. 3 other people in the office are sharing the sheet at the same time) or whether it is something to do with the freeze panes?
