I need to know if there is a way to lookup for references "Task dd-mm-yyyy" in Table 1 and list them all in Table 2 as it shows (Text in Bold is only to highlight the reference I need)

I can get the first schedule in each line through a LEFT/RIGHT function formula, but what I really wish is to built a list as table 2.
Can it be done?
