Conditional Formatting: Matching Partial Text

Hello!

Can someone suggest how I can do this with conditional formatting?

Example:

Run
Jump
Toss
Roll
Heave
Stand
Toss

He will need to toss the ball behind his back.


I want to use conditional formatting to highlight all words in one column (i.e., "Run", "Jump", etc.) that match any of the words found in "He will need....".
Keep in mind that though the words in one column will be single words, the text in "He will need..." will be constantly changing.

Thus, in the example given, both occurrences of "Toss" would be highlighted, and so on with a different example sentence.

(I would have attached an Excel file, but I saw no option for choosing "Go Advanced" anywhere.)

Conditional Formatting affects the colour of ALL the words in a cell, and you can't have different colours for part of the text, so you will need a macro to accomplish what you want to achieve.
