Data Table Not Refreshing

Hi Guys

I have been trying forever to sort out this data table - for some reason it just won't refresh. I have attempted switching between "Automatic" and "Automatic except for data tables" and have tried refreshing constantly but the values still remain the same. I have also tried switching the columns and rows accordingly but to no avail.

Any help would be highly appreciated - thanks!

I have no idea what the table function does but try
1) delete G3:K8
2)use in G3 the following formula and copy down and forward

Jose, unfortunately that is not what I am looking for - the point of the data table (as I see it) is to avoid this process. See attached the highlighted yellow section of my table - I was able to get the data to adjust across row 3 but for some reason the columns (highlighted in yellow) are not reflecting the data correctly (I want Cells G4-7 to reflect the different sales per sq/ft accordingly.

Anyone out there able to help?
