How can I get documents passing information/Importing on MOSS through a command button

I have 3 documents that all work together when in the same director, however when I upload them onto MOSS the import function cannot find the required information/documents to complete the import. Is there any way around this, if so how?

well I have the documents that I have uploaded onto MOSS the programming has been done by dflak (top bloke) I have also found the file paths. I have no idea how to change the code so they can find each other on the MOSS system. your help you'd be greatly appreciated. please see the file attached and how they work.
