Can't keep excel printing in B&W

I have one file that I send out to numerous parties and when they print the file it prints in color even though ALL the printer settings say B&W. Either through the control panel or printer properties. IT says it is the file. I have the print titles marked as black and white, but when I sent the file, the recipient's file did not have that.

It might be worthwhile checking whether setting 'Options.PrintDraft = True' kills the colour output.

Haven't tested either one, just trying to help.
