Divide in a panel type dataset

Hi all,

I want to divide the values of rate cell with all other values (please see the attached image). Data is arranged in panels as can be seen under 'id' column. And each panel has 4 number of years. I have 1000s of ids, so manually doing it will be cumbersome.

Does anyone know a formula to do it.

More specifically I want to divide F2 with C2:E2, F3 with C3:E3....C4:E4, and then again value of F2 with C6:E6 and so on.

I also have many blank cells in the sheet.

Please forgive me for my English, I hope some of you will understand a problem.

P.S. The values which I want to divide are not in any sequence.

You need to provide a sample of the answers you expect and where they are to go.

is it 2.2/12 or 12/2.2, etc.?
