Save 2016 version as 2013 version

    Hi

I can export a 2016 version file and make it 2003 version but how do I save a 2016 version as a 2013 version. The 2003 version has severe limitations on the cumber of columns.

Starting with Excel 2007 all versions support .xlsx extension up to the lasted 2016 version.

Re: Save 2016 version as 2013 version

The latest version has functionality which 2013 does not have - waterfall charts, for instance. When a user with 2013 version opens a 2016 with comparability issues, they are unable to edit it as far as I can tell. How can I save a 2016 as 2013 (and presumably just 'loose' the odd incompatibility issue such as a waterfall chart)?

Re: Save 2016 version as 2013 version

As mentioned above, when it comes to saving a file, it is either pre-2007 (.xls) or 2007 and later (.xlsx), there is no way to save as different versions of .xlsx
