    How can I add a Countif formula in a Pivot Table (calculated field) so it replicates this.

    .. formula: =COUNTIF('ED Data'!AI2:AI7, "<=" &TIME(7,0,0))

    I tried several iterations and nothing is working. Basically the above formula counts time ranges that are less than and equal to 7 hours and summarizes the number of incidences in one cell as a total.

    Also I am having an issue with averaging time ranges for a given number of groups in my Pivot Table. When I manually enter a formula, I get the correct averages (I am averaging the time ranges for 5 unique levels) but when I use the Average function in my pivot table, the averages differ (and are incorrect). The average's are based on time ranges which I determined using the MOD function and the time ranges are formatted as [H]:MM but when the Pivot Table outputs the averages (whch are incorrect) the result cell's have a date included (1900...) and I have to change the date format to H:MM

    Thanks for any help in advance

    All, I put in place a counter so I was able to solve the first part.

    Still having issues with the averages in the Pivot Table differing from my formula via the time range averages. Any suggestions?
