=(160-160*0.15)/500

Assuming Ali's suggestion from post #2 is what you were looking for, the numerator can also be shortened to this:
160-160*0.15 = 160(1-0.15) = 160(0.85)
Putting it into an Excel formula with the denominator, that would give you this:
=(160*0.85)/500
