Stock rotation in sequence order

Can you help me please to sort my issue, that I struggle and for someone of you it can be simple solution that would be very helpful.

I have two worksheets that is related to warehouse/stocks. In this example I have stock sheet of Apples where I instructing staff to use the stock rotation in order 1,2,3,4,5..etc

Then I have worksheet ORDER where I enter todays order, and I need that they minus from stock sheet automatically in order that I set-up (1,2,3..etc). Is this would be something that can be resolved?

in sheet Stock, Column A, remove the merged cells
