Sorting groups of data

I've attached a sheet that contains data regarding land records. I want to sort the list based on dates mentioned in "Column A" but all the relevant rows of that record should remain with that date. Sheet will explain it in detail. Please suggest/guide me the solution.

Yes I can add helper column but don't know how to add and use it

Created Helper Column in K Column
k2=LOOKUP(10^5,A$2:A2)
copy this towards end then sort based on column K
