Horizontal lines on line chart

How do I create a horizontal line through specific value on Y Axis? For exple I want to create three horizontal lines at values 0.9, 1.0 & 1.05 on attached line graph. Is there a way to create line with given values withour barely drawing crude line using FORMAT and line market on tools.
