How do you get Excel to automatically list out data from a web (or I guess other type of query as well) query to make live real time charts like in those videos? Is the only way to do that to learn macros and VBA? I'm not familiar with VBA and macros in Excel, but if that's the only way to automatically list out data like that then I will have to work on learning macros and VBA.

Learning macros and VBA is the only way to do this.

All three of the videos include tutorials explaining how they did it. The first one has a link to an Excel file where this has been implemented, which I'll attach here for everyone's convenience, although I couldn't reproduce what was shown in the video.
