Are all the columns the same length or do they vary?

One more info, I want the entire column to be shifted under the previous column. I have tried this function "INDEX(MyData,1+INT((ROW(A1)-1)/COLUMNS(MyData)),MOD(ROW(A1)-1+COLUMNS(MyData),COLUMNS(MyData))+1)", but thats transposing the data row wise.

Got the solution, please follow anyone who needs to do a similar Action:
    1. Get the clipboard in Excel.
    2. Go, to the developer, macros and select relative referencing and start a macro. You can give a short cut key to make things easier.
    3. Now ctrl+shift+down key to select the entire data and ctrl+c to copy. (it should Show in the Clip board).
    4. Do the same for one more column and stop the macro recording.
    5. Just use the shortcut key and the macro will copy all the columns in the Clip board (please note, only 24 columns can be executed at a time).
    6. In the Clip board at the top select paste all and all the columns will be copied one under the other.
