Hallo!
I want, when cell D4 is equal to OK, some following rows (or a selection of cells-vertical and horizontal) to have a fill (eg. a pattern style)
However, there is a problem -> see the attached file.
Any help?

Select the Cells which you want to format
then modify the formula in condition format to
=$D$4="OK"
