Hello all I am having difficulty producing a schedule generator for a sports league i have coming up.

The league consists of 8 teams in 2 divisions, but the divs are uneven.

For Example
Team1-5 are in the Upper Div
Team6-8 are in the lower div

I would like something that can create a schedule where each team gets double headers each week and where each of the 3 lower teams plays an upper team at least once. We are scheduled for 14 weeks of play if that helps. Thank you in advance.
