    Conditional Formatting Arrow.

    Hey Guys,

I am creating some monthly reports and i would like to add 'Trend' arrows into the reports. However, my reports are not as straightforward as positive numbers indicate a green arrow up and negative are red arrows down.

Essentially what I have done below is broken the data down into resourcing and headcount and have detailed when an arrow should be green or red and when up or down VS the previous months data.

    Resourcing
    Directly sourced
·******* If % increases – Positive Green Up
·******* If % decreases – This is a Negative Red down
    Agency
    ·******* If % increases – it’s a negative Red up
    ·******* If % decreases – it’s a positive Green down
    Average Cost to hire
·******* If the amount goes lower that’s a positive Green downward Trend
·******* if the amount goes up it will be a Negative Red up arrow
    Average Time to hire
·******* If the days go lower that’s a positive downward Green Trend
·******* If the days go up it will be a negative red up arrow

    Headcount
    Vacancy Rate
·******* Larger Number would be Red arrow Up
·******* Lower Number would be a Green arrow down
    Resourcing Rate
·******* Larger Number would be Red arrow Up
·******* Lower Number would be a Green arrow down

So essentially the legend in this report would have two green arrows; one up and one down - Two red arrows; one up one down and a Yellow incon poitint to the right to state no movement. Not sure if this can be done but any help would be AMAZING

    Thank You,

Can you attach a workbook with some sample data and mock-up what you are trying to achieve using coloured shapes.
