Calculate Balance from Budget & Expenditure

    Good morning,

Would need some help to get a formula for my query.

I have 2 tables as per sample attached, one contains the budget and the other contains the expenses.

Would like a formula that searches into the budget table, matches the store and deduct, hope I have explained well.

Please re-read Rule 1. On this occasion, I have amended your thread title for you, as you are an infrequent poster here. Next time, you may expect to have your thread locked until YOU make the necessary change.

    In E2, copied down:

    =VLOOKUP([@Outlet],G:H,2,FALSE)-SUMIF($C$2:C2,C2,$D$2:D2)
