In the attached example, I am looking to count all dates in column D, that are within the month in column F and the results would display in the adjacent cell in Column G.
Attached is an example of what I am looking to do.
I appreciate any help figuring this out.

Put this in G3:
=IF(F3="","",SUMPRODUCT(--(TEXT($D$3:$D$100,"yyyymm")=TEXT(F3,"yyyymm"))))
then copy down. You should change the 100 if you have data beyond row 100.
